We understand that life can be unpredictable at times and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
I kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours notice before cancelling pre rescheduling appointments.

This allows me enough time to fill or offer the appointment to another client waiting on a slot with me.

If you do not adhere to this timeframe within the policy or if you do not show up for your appointment - you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service price. Deposits may apply.
