Cancellation Policy

I require 48 hours minimum notice before

cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

Cancellations outside of this timeframe will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.


No-shows, however, will be charged the full amount of the booked service.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to rescheduled appointments.


Late comers - I will accommodate your appointment to my best ability, however in the event we have to change the service the full price of the appointment may still be applicable.


We understand that life can be unexpected and emergencies happen, I will always try and accommodate as best I can.


In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact myself or the salon as soon as possible.

Small business owners feel the loss directly,

so I kindly ask for understanding and cooperation.

Patch Testing

NEW clients: patch testing is mandatory 48hours prior to your colour service.


RETURNING clients: if you haven’t had your colour done with me in over 6months we will need to renew your patch test, also please make me aware if you have used any home dyes/touch ups ect before your appointment.
